It’s Weird, Right?

I did not think that this far into the existence of beer, we would need to legally define what it is, but here we are.

I wonder if that’s how Germany’s Reinheitsgebot law came about.

Spoiler: it apparently had more to do with beer being mixed with things that were poisonous to people than the moneyrunners buuuuut….
